Called this morning after being turned down by two other providers, because they don’t have boiler service techs on Saturday. Received a response immediately after calling and a tech on the way. Dalton got us up an running right away! Best service we have ever had on our boiler and we have lived here for sixteen years. Will only call Building Waters from now on. Thank you!

I used this company twice within a month, and both times my experience was great! The first time was to replace my failing hot water heater. They were here within several hours after I talked to Cadi in the office, and we had hot water by noon that day! The second time was after our furnace stopped working. Once again, after talking to Cadi in the office, a technician named Steve was at my house within an hour and a half! He diagnosed the problem and told me they would get the part needed, and someone would be there the next morning to fix the issue. He also went back to the shop and brought three of the company space heaters back to my house to get us through the night! No charge, just an added service. The next morning, a different technician was here bright and early, and fixed the problem. This company is top notch in my book, and their prices are reasonable. I have already referred several friends and family to them, and will continue to do so.

This is the 3rd time we have had work done... and the 3rd time they did NOT disappoint...from the INITIAL CALL (thanks front office staff) to the END OF JOB! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ... GREAT response... GREAT work... Competitively priced!! I had a last-minute water heater emergency and they did everything possible to get it done in a timely manner -- which I am my family appreciated!! They exceeded my expectations! DEFINITELY worth the call!

This was late on a Friday afternoon, probably when most installers would have been ending their shift. Great service. Our hot water heater needed to be replaced, and they told us exactly what the cost would be and sent someone out the next day. They were very accommodating regarding scheduling. Jason answered all my questions and did a great job on the installation. He was extremely neat. Did not leave a trace of being there... except for the new water heater.

Emailed them on a Sunday with a broken hot water heater, really not expecting a reply until Monday, and they replied within 2 hours! Had the water heater in on Monday morning. Great service. Didn't know this company before, but took the word of other reviews and wasn't disappointed.
